My cube in the office is not in the HR area. Its in the Engineering department.Why do I like this?-I'm able to ask questions on topics/technologies I may not be 100% comfortable with or fully understanding from job descriptions I am recruiting for.-I get to network with employees outside of my department.-I learn. I'm surrounded by degreed professionals who are very knowledgeable on the company, technologies, clients, etc. -I have a window! P.S. I had two cubicle options when I came here. HR (low lighting and no window) or Engineering (big window). I went for the window! Natural lighting all the way!Which would you have chosen???
